What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for defective or incorrect items. We cannot cancel or refund orders that arrive "late" but we will do everything we can to remedy the situation.

When will I get my order?

Each product is made on demand by separate manufacturers when you place your order. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates — and may change depending on circumstances beyond our control such as weather, shortages or bizarre political choices.

We recommend you place your order well in advance any non-movable deadlines. We've found that most recipients are reasonable people and happy to wait for their gifts.

Since items are made on demand at various locations, they may arrive in separate boxes at different times.

Can I get rush shipping?

At this time we do not offer rush shipping on any items. However, we have noted that recipients are usually happy to wait for items to arrive and it does not diminish the joy but rather extends it a few days. :)

Can I add a gift note?

Yes! At checkout you will see an option to add a gift note to your order.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of each item. There are no additional shipping fees.
